Disciplinary Actions

Disciplinary actions can only be taken after a complaint is reported to the Admiral of the Fleet, or his appointed Master at Arms. After a complaint is filed, it will be investigated to determine the facts. If it appears that a punishable infraction has occurred, a court martial will be held.

This court martial will consist of the supervising Vice Admiral or Admiral of the Fleet who will chair the court martial proceedings. Two other members will hear the case, one of which is to be appointed by the Chair, one by the defendant. Upon hearing the case, the Chairman will rule within 14 days to either acquit the accused, require further investigation to better determine the facts of the matter; or, if found guilty, administer punishment.

Punishments include:
