First Sea Lord (FSL) Rank: Admiral of the Fleets

The head of Sea Lords. Has command over all fleets and members. Tasked with the organization of Sea Lords. Responsible for the supervision of relations and contacts between the Admirals of the fleets (formal and informal), and assisting in operations as needed.

Has the responsibility to ensure that Sea Lords policies are followed by all members, and will not allow change to occur that can hurt or damage the smooth operation of ALL fleets for any ONE(1) individual.

May remove and/or replace any flag officer for any legitimate reason (i.e. illness, inactivity, disciplinary) pending review of peers.

Last word and order rests with the FSL in ALL MATTERS!

 

Deputy Sea Lord (DSL) Rank: Vice Admiral of the Fleets

Second in command of the entire organization. May also hold rank of Fleet Admiral and command a fleet. Assists in the organization and operations of Sea Lords VF. Responsible to ensure there are activities going on (i.e. tournaments, campaigns) and can designate a tournament and/or campaign moderator or moderators, as needed.

Although the FSL and first DSL oversee fleets and Sea Lords operations, they are not to interfere with normal operations of fleets. Fleet matters stay within the fleet, unless intervention becomes necessary.
